Psychology Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee

Dr. Breit is a member of the Psychology (PSY) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee at WCUPA. Each Fall semester, the PSY DEI committee recruits PSY undergraduate and graduate students to serve on the committee for one year.

Committee tasks include reviewing and developing departmental policies that enhance DEI, disseminating information about events and trainings that bring awareness to DEI, reporting on department demographics, and offering informal consultation to students and faculty.  Committee members meet monthly and work on tasks between meetings.  If you share our passion and commitment to advancing DEI, please consider nominating yourself to serve on the committee. A call for nominations will be sent to all PSY students each fall semester; please check your email or contact Dr. Breit to inquire about open positions.
